From inside the app
- Open Aurum and sign in
- Tap You at the bottom
- Tap Close your account
- Enter your password and type

If you cannot sign in
Email nawshadbaway@gmail.com from the address on your account, or ask at your club's front desk. We will confirm it is you before deleting anything.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number and password
- Your date of birth, health notes and emergency contacts
- Your weigh-ins, measurements and training records
- Your device registrations — notifications stop immediately
What your club keeps, and why
Invoices and payments are kept, with your name removed. A gym has to keep its financial records; what remains is a numbered entry in the accounts with nothing in it that says who you were. These are retained for as long as local tax law requires and are not used for anything else.
One thing that will stop deletion
If there is money left on your tab, collect it at the front desk first. Your account will not close while the club still owes you something.
How long it takes
Deletion from the app is immediate. Requests by email are handled within 30 days.
